Our Journey

TriArc has been serving clients for more than twelve years, adapting alongside a constantly changing construction industry.

The company began as a captive general contractor, delivering projects through a strategic development partnership and successfully completing projects ranging from $1 million to more than $70 million.

As the business evolved, TriArc expanded beyond a single development relationship, established the core values that continue to guide the company today, and earned a reputation for accountability, communication, and dependable execution.

When significant market changes reshaped commercial construction in 2023, TriArc adapted once again.

Rather than pursuing only large-scale developments, the company intentionally diversified its portfolio to better serve a broader range of commercial clients. Today, TriArc partners with owners and developers on projects typically ranging from approximately $500,000 to $15 million across commercial, hospitality, medical office buildings, industrial facilities, historical renovations, and community-focused developments.

That evolution strengthened what has always mattered most: remaining agile, responsive, and closely connected to every client throughout the life of the project.
