Overview
Broadway Dallas has been bringing live theater productions to audiences in Dallas, Texas since the 1940s. The venue, located in Fair Park just east of downtown Dallas, underwent extensive renovations by TriArc. The renovations included lead and asbestos abatement, demolition, new flooring, tile, plaster patching, lighting, millwork, countertops, doors, frames, appliances, and plumbing fixtures in the back-of-house areas like dressing rooms, restrooms, storage, rehearsal space, orchestra lounge, and green lounge.
