TriArc partnered with Interior Architects for this new office space for Halff, located at 8144 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, Texas. This 11,351 SF suite will reflect the same modern, functional design seen in Halff’s Houston and Fort Worth offices. The project includes 25 private offices, 41 workstations, 3 conference rooms, and support spaces throughout. The scope of work includes full interior demolition—flooring, walls, and ceiling tile—followed by a complete interior buildout. The space is scheduled for completion in July 2025.
