Shane is originally from Deville, Louisiana and has lived in several cities before moving to Dallas, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys shooting sporting clays and is always looking for new learning opportunities and ways to improve.

Director of Interiors
As Director of Interiors, Rob maintains a strong commitment to the company’s core values. He recruits, develops, manages, and mentors the operating management team. Additionally, he promotes growth by working closely with business development to attract and acquire new commercial clients. Rob, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, moved to Texas in 2015. He enjoys watching his children perform in choir, band, cheerleading, and gymnastics. He and his wife like to relax together over coffee or wine on their patio.

Nate Poen
Director of Business Development
As a leader of the company, Nate drives the organizational culture based on core values and provides strategic direction for implementing the strategic plan. He possesses vision and leadership for key departments like Business Development, Marketing, and Sales. Nate was born and raised in Sac City, Iowa, before moving to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2011. He enjoys spending time with his two children, playing golf, and watching the Iowa State Cyclones.
