The Statler project included the restoration of a complex, historical building with engineering and architectural challenges demanding modern designs and applications. The restoration touched many aspects of the property including the hotel, residences, meeting rooms, ballrooms, presidential suites, multiple restaurants, garden court, and a pop-up retail shop - all with unique designs. The complexity of this project required meticulous planning, scheduling, communication, and teamwork that made it all come to fruition.
