Down the hall in a downtown Dallas office tower, an unmarked door hides a surprise. Instead of an insurance company or law firm, the 23rd-floor suite houses a luxury apartment. It's the first of hundreds of such units that the owners of Dallas-based Bluelofts want to build in vacant office space.

The Statler Hotel was named 300th Historic Hotels of America by The National Trust of Historic Preservation. TriArc Construction is so proud and honored to be associated with this project!

TriArc Recognized by Poetic

TriArc Construction was recognized Saturday Evening for their community service project they will be completing in the upcoming months for Poetic, a non-profit organization founded in 2017. Poetic provides assistance with trauma therapy for young women and their families. The City of Dallas has provided them with approximately 1,000sf in the heart of Downtown Dallas, a place to bring passion and hope back into their lives. Topping Out's mission is to celebrate outstanding built environments, while raising money for educational opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area which foster the development of our future leaders.
