Current Positions Open:

 

Chief Estimator

Primary duty is to grow the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects and clientele through comprehensive cost estimating and project award. Secondary duties include negotiating vendor terms/ prices and delivery scheduling using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of ten years' of verifiable construction industry experience AND bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field required; 10+ years of relevant experience may be used in lieu

• Previous experience estimating +$25MM projects

• Above-average ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheet design such as On-Screen Takeoff, Prime Bid and PlanSwift

• Computer literacy (to include all Microsoft Office programs) is paramount to success
