The TriArc Brand Council

TriArc’s Brand Council is a cross-section of team members from different departments in the company. This group of people serve a one year commitment to collaborate in charting the company direction and culture. Each year, other employees have the opportunity to serve in
this capacity.

Meet this year’s TriArc Brand Council:

Dave Barnette

Superintendent

Dave has applied his tenacity and focus to all his construction projects for over twenty-seven years, yielding satisfied clients and solid buildings. Challenges on the job simply motivate Dave to get the job done better. What he values most are relationships with coworkers and clients as the backbone of any project. He has extensive experience in hospitality, medical and government projects working with such institutions as Marriot, Hampton Inn, LeFontain Memory Care, and the states of Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma- to name but a few.

You’ll want to get to know Dave because he’s a grill master! Ribs are his specialty and he keeps the kiddos happy with s’mores. His greatest joy in life is seeing his children succeed.

Shane Deville

President and Co-Owner, MBA, LEED AP

With over 27 years experience in the construction industry, Shane has worked in all areas of the industry. He has completed domestic and international projects in all the major sectors totaling over $1.5 billion. Effective leadership entails strategically staffing projects based on size and complexity, implementing controls for out of scope work, motivating team members, and incorporating methodologies for maintaining timely & accurate cost and schedule projections. Shane delivers on the premise of knowing the smallest of details reflect the quality and integrity of a project.

While building the U.S. Consulate in India, Shane was inspired by the country’s vibrancy and discovered his passion for photography. Perhaps his most popular talent is revealed when he hosts his famous crawfish boils, hearkening to his Louisiana roots. In short, Shane is one BMF!

Claude Holliman

Chief Estimator

Claude has been in the Construction Industry for 30 years, with 28 of them dedicated to estimating and 26.5 years in the DFW Market.  He has estimated over $2 billion of construction projects and contracted over $500 million worth of projects.  His abilities include budgeting projects from the initial concept (napkin drawing) to construction documents. Claude has a large network of subcontractors and suppliers that will bid on any projects he has in front of him. The diversity of TriArc’s projects keeps Claude at his peak and always on point!

Don’t get on Claude’s bad side because his favorite movie is Revenge of the Nerds. But the only revenge he’ll ever take is trying to make you laugh. Although he may challenge you to a game of golf or a smoke-off. And while he says it’s possible to beat him at golf, it will be an uphill battle to beat his custom-built smoker that feeds lots of happy people.

Derek Ring

Senior Project Manager, LEED AP

For over eleven years, Derek Ring has been a stabilizing force in the construction industry balancing challenges with solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit fuels him while he maintains clear, concise goals and anticipates clients’ needs. He is known for creating a positive work environment and fostering the reputation of quality for TriArc and its stellar client relationships.

Derek is an avid World War history buff, college football fan and Texas Country Music aficionado. But he derives his greatest joy from his family. He and his wife are always seeking their next adventure such as cliff diving off the coast of Italy or skiing in Aspen. They have a Labrador named Finn, two sons and are soon expecting their first daughter.
